𝟏𝟎𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 🏆

Congratulations to Evan Rogers of Duluth on capturing the 105th #GeorgiaAmateur at Ocean Forest!

Rogers finished at 10-under (69-69-72-68) for the week to win by 8 strokes! It’s the largest margin of victory at the Georgia Amateur since @russhenleygolf claimed his second title in 2009 at Country Club of Columbus.

With his victory, Roger’s earns exemptions into the 2026 U.S. Amateur, 2026 Southern Amateur and the 2027 Jones Cup Invitational!

Join us in congratulating Evan on a stellar victory against a strong field at a tough venue! Final results can be found at the link in our bio. taken in Ocean Forest Golf Club by @jonescupinvitational

From sod farm to star of the show. 🌊⛳

"The Point” at Ocean Forest began as the piece of property on Sea Island where the Hampton River meets the Atlantic Ocean. When Ocean Forest Golf Club was founded in 1995, this land was simply a sod farm as it didn’t quite fit into the course layout at the time.

In 2023, as Beau Welling Design met with the Ocean Forest team to discuss the course refresh, one thing became clear: one of the most beautiful views on the property deserved to be seen by all. That vision brought The Point to life as a bonus hole—and in 2026, it took center stage as the site of the first Jones Cup Invitational Shootout at The Point. by @jonescupinvitational

Great tournaments don’t happen without great volunteers. 🙌 A huge thanks goes out to the volunteers, player hosts, rules officials, and the Georgia State Golf Association for all that they do. The Jones Cup Invitational would not be what it is today without their support. taken in Ocean Forest Golf Club by @jonescupinvitational
