50 MILER INCOMING... In less than two months I'm running my first 50 miler, the Ultra GB Yr Wyddfa 50. Now that I've done two 50k races, I feel confident taking on the 50 miler! Looking forward to running this with my mate @lukedavieswords

BACK TO THE TRAILS... After the big ol' training block for the road marathon I'm looking forward to getting back to the trails. I've got a 50k ultra in July, and then my first 50 miler in September. Best get to it.

TRAIL LIFE... Back from the most epic week in Tenerife, exploring the trails of Mount Teide National Park. Now I'm back I'm slowly picking up the mileage and getting set for my ultra in July. Who's got a race in the works, let me know.

SUB 3:30 MANCHESTER MARATHON... I trained hard for this race, and was determined to get a PB and go sub 3:30. I crossed that finish line at 3:28:28, it wasn't easy around the 30k mark, but kept pushing and we got the work done. Big shout-out to my mate @lukedavieswords who also crushed his PB, what a weekend.
