Its taken a couple of days to decompress after a whirlwind of a weekend.
Theres been moments of happiness and moments of tears.
But ive also taken some time to reflect and appreciate every experience is an opportunity to grow and what a wild experience my @fmgshows debut was.
So grateful for the support of my wonderwoman coach @teamasha.elite for believing in me from the start.

And then there was 3.
3 weeks to @fmgshows_aust 🌏 and 4 weeks to @fmgshows_thailand 🇹🇭
After chats with my coach @teamasha.elite this afternoon im feeling a huge sense of accomplishment already.
From being a "i could never be an FMG girlie" to " let's go, we are ready" 🫶
This is probably the calmest I have ever been in a prep knowing I can trust and be trusted when talking about injuries and limitations that can change from previous injuries and throughout prep. Prioritising mental health, recovery and rest has also been a gamechanger.
Im so grateful for the people I have already met through this journey and im sure there will be many more 🫶🫶 21 days to bring my best version of stage me, am I proud? Heck yes!! Let's send it 🚀

From my heaviest to my lightest to now and so excited for what's to follow in 2026 with hopefully an @fmgshows_aust debut ❤️💪 ive been working my ass off, not just physically but mentally to finally not be afraid of food and fueling my body.
Being told id never train again, to this and all the medical gaslighting in between just makes me even more determined with my new coach by my side @teamasha.elite 🫶 I'm already lifting heavier than I ever have without absolutely smashing myself ragged in the gym 6 days a week and endless cardio.

Reflection on such a fun, self discovery journey with @australianposingschool athlete program.
What i didnt know was how unwell I really was, riddled with Endometriosis, adenomyosis, fallopian cysts and bowel issues which ended up in surgery... again. 7 surgeries in 3 years and we back to square one with some new tools in the box 🫶
Body confidence isn't about how you look,it's how you feel and this is still going to take time, more tools and some hard truths ❤️
I have met some amazing, strong and inspirational women along the way which I am truly grateful for 👑
Onwards and upwards 🛫🤙

Some serious FOMO over the last week seeing lots of competitors getting up on stage 🙈🫣❤️
What a journey the season A athlete program with @australianposingschool has been, and although it's not quite over yet, what i have learned;
Your only competition is you.
Its ok to feel vulnerable, alot of others are trying to find their way too and we are all on our own journeys dealing with our own shit (some also have less carbs 😅)
Bodybuilding doesn't have to be a lonely sport, the community and friendships built will forever live rent free in my heart.
Its ok to love and appreciate your body at whatever shape or size you are. You don't have to be comp lean to love the skin you're in.
Find yourself a @becctheposer and @marijana.ryding
In your life. Especially for those days you just "don't wanna". Put your heels on, smile, hold your head high, shoulders back, booty pop and laugh the crap away ❤️ Forever grateful to have been part of this journey.

This is more than just #posing . It's how you #showup, how you move, how you command #attention. 🩷
Next season @australianposingschool athlete program launches in 24 hours.
I have been a part of the season A athlete program and even though I am not #competing (yet🫣), I have been made to feel welcome by amazing #athletes and lovely coaches.
This was all about #confidence, breaking my social anxiety barrier and discovering my self worth and I don't regret a single bit. What a fantastic #experience I highly recommend 🫶
