FMG WORLDS MEDIA NIGHT 🌎🏆

Wasn't there for long at all, unfortunately missed the athlete meeting and didn't get the chance to catch up with nearly as many people as I would've liked.

But I still managed to sneak in a photo with my brother Christos 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽🐐

Always good catching up with genuine people who make this sport what it is.

A short appearance, but still a special night celebrating some of the best athletes in the world ahead of the biggest stage of the year.

Nothing but love and respect for everyone involved. ❤️‍🔥

Almost four years ago, I jumped on a call with you to talk about entering the transformation category. From day one, you saw something in me, and this weekend we got to honour that.

From transformation + dead last in Bikini in 2023 to a top-five callout in Bikini Athletic 35+ at Worlds in 2026!

This prep and show weren’t just for me. They were for you, too. The Nikki I am today wouldn’t exist without you. 🫶🏽

Mum 🫶🏽

From stocking your fridge with my food before I’d even announced I was competing, to knowing exactly what to say when I had nothing left in the tank.

You made this prep easier in more ways than you’ll ever know. I love you more than life itself, and I’m so glad you’re my Mum.

@unchainedsuppsau 🙌🏽

You probably saw me crash out about life more than anyone 😂 Thank you for understanding the highs and lows of bodybuilding, believing in me and supporting me throughout. One very proud Unchained Athlete!

My prep twinnie, @joolzy_ann 👯‍♀️

My sounding board, giggle buddy and backstage bandit. Meeting you was one of the greatest gifts of this prep. Sharing show day with you was the cherry on top!

@glamfit_bosslady 🐆

Thank you for taking my wild bikini idea and bringing it to life beyond anything I imagined. I walked onto that World Stage feeling like the most unapologetically me version of myself!

To the backstage athletes - thank you for the laughs, encouragement and camaraderie. What an incredible experience!

And to everyone who cheered me on, supported me, sent messages or watched the show - thank you!

They say bodybuilding is an individual sport, but nobody gets to the stage entirely on their own.

It takes a village.

And I’m so incredibly grateful for mine. 🫶🏽🐆

TEAMASHA X FMG WORLDS MEDIA NIGHT 2026 👑🌎

12 athletes. 12 journeys. ONE TEAM. ❤️

Tomorrow is SHOW DAY, and we get to watch 12 of our TeamAsha athletes grace the FMG Worlds stage! 🔥

The hard work, sacrifices, challenges and countless hours behind the scenes have all led to this moment.

I couldn’t be prouder of the team standing beside me tonight. Every single one of you has your own story, your own battles and your own reasons for stepping on that stage.

Tomorrow, soak up every second, be proud of how far you’ve come and leave nothing behind!
