Before it all kicked off..

@transbalkanrace was great. Despite many mistakes (among which our bike choice) we made most of it, met great people and pushed hard. Really proud to have finished and experienced what we can actually endure, couldn’t have wished for a better partner to do it with.

Anyway, you live and you learn, where next @serialcee ?

Little summary of our little weekend getaway, checking out @pathfinder_giro s Trans Kempen concept route making the most of the lovely long summer days/nights.

Still buzzing from the adventures in the last weeks. After riding The Swiss Jura Explorer (thanks @projectpedalfurther / @bikepackingcom for the route) with @asterstc , we went out with @serialcee (aka team Tripelzimmer) for some more off road bikepacking in South Tyrol. Steep climbs, challenging hikes and technical descents led to spectacular vista’s, tasty meals and hidden camp spots.

I want to give double kudos to @asterstc , extremely proud of you just jumping on the band wagon for these crazy trips (and #teamdoppelzimmer most extreme plan to date). Constantly pushing your boundaries both physically and mentally, truly inspirational!

For others thinking about doing something similar: some @komoot collections by Aster and Cyril will follow soon! Last but not least, thanks to Bas (@wheelrunnercc) for the last-minute fix of @Apidura goods!

Thanks @serialcee and @asterstc for making this unforgettable 🙏 What’s next?

Ending the year (and the festive500) in true fashion with a #teamdoppelzimmer spin and snacks. Thanks @serialcee for the numerous rides, beers and laughs in 2018!
