Tears. They’ve been shed multiple times this week. They’re being shed as I write this. ⠀

They’ve been shed due to the immense gratitude for a place and community that changed me. From the inside out, I transformed in major ways inside these four walls of @616_fit - this place allowed me to find me again, and I’ll never stop being thankful. ⠀

On the days I didn’t have energy to get up, I showed up. On the days I was full of joy, I showed up. I’ve worked out through tears, through joy, through pain, through heartache, through love inside these fours walls alongside family and friends that turned into family. I showed up because I had a place that felt like home. No matter what, I was greeted with grace, love and a workout that kicked my butt. ⠀

it surely is an end to something special that those who were a part of it will always cherish. These four wall gave me some of my favorite people. I know the online programming will be filled with just as much thought and love, but wow. ⠀

@freshcoastfitfest 2024 🌊

I may be smiling, but this was a mentally and physically tough competition for me. I’m thankful for BA teammates (@lizkoets @emilysf6) who were able to push me through. Life is better with strong women, especially our @coachman_herd ladies.

Speaking of strong women, so thankful to have had @christine.kole in town to join in on the fun.
