just my annual post to say that I love this life I get to live☕️👼🏼⚾️✨

sometimes I let myself overthink and get discouraged that my life doesn’t look like “it should” or I get embarrassed that my life consists of working a hodgepodge of jobs, but that’s just so silly because i truly truly love every single one of my jobs

all of these jobs fulfill something within me; bring me joy; have brought incredible people & friends into my life I would’ve otherwise never have met, and each job is helping me become the truest & best version of myself. and i think that’s worth a lot more than trying to fit the mold i’ve somehow created for myself

long story short - i’m very thankful for this life & all who are apart of it🥹🫶🏻 so if you need me, i’m either at wildroast, the caps, or busy being “miss jess (dess for edie)”🤍

After 5 years at Coachman, I’m closing this chapter with a full heart. This gym has been so much more than a workplace — it’s been my home, my family, and the foundation of so much personal and professional growth. I’ve been lucky enough to coach alongside some of the most passionate, knowledgeable people in the field, and to learn from a community that has constantly inspired me to level up.

I’ve built friendships here that I’ll carry with me forever. I’ve laughed, failed, grown, and been supported in ways I’ll always be grateful for. Coachman has played a huge role in shaping the coach — and person — I am today, and I truly wouldn’t be who I am without it.

As I step into a new season, I’ll be joining Luminary Fitness, where I’ll be working alongside my boyfriend Tyler to build a community of our own. It’s an exciting move, but leaving Coachman isn’t easy — and I want to say thank you to every person who made my time here unforgettable.

My last day will be September 3. I would love hugs and high fives from all of you before I leave. Here’s to new beginnings 🫶
