🌿During Awakening Ties, some moments didn’t need a plan, just movement, spontaneity and the joy of being together in a place that felt alive. ☀️

Sometimes you don’t need a destination. You just follow the moment and let it fill you… 🌱❤️

Within Awakening Ties, the cacao ceremony was one of the most grounding and heartfelt moments we shared. 🫂

A cacao ceremony is a mindful, intentional ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart, deepen presence and strengthen emotional connection, both inward and with the people around us.

In the context of our project, it became a space to slow down, breath, listen and reconnect with our intentions.
A moment to let emotions surface gently, to feel held by the group and to explore compassion, gratitude and ourselves! ✨🌱

We are deeply grateful to @bemovedbylife for guiding is through this journey with such care! 🫶🏼

Thanks to our friend @jorgee_peerz for creating this beautiful video! ✨

After months, we felt the need to return to what AWAKENING TIES truly was. 🌱

A project that helped us grow, breath and rediscover ourselves.

Looking back at these moments reminds us of how meaningful those days were. ❤️

Thank you @jorgee_peerz for capturing these moments

Get ready, more videos about this project are coming… 👀

✨ “Home I Am Home” – Live Soundscape with Agata Russjan

We met Agata during our last Training “HEAL” where we explored sound as a tool to bring balance in oneself. Together we decided to explore our musicality in connection with Nature as we launched our new Soundscape Session, where the sound becomes a sanctuary.

Let yourself be immersed in nature and held by the calm in the space between the notes.
