🌿 Roots of Harmony | A little piece of our journey ❤️

Some experiences stay with you long after they’re over.

From June 9th to 17th, 28 young people from Italy, Spain, Poland, and Sweden came together in the beautiful Italian Alps for Roots of Harmony, an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange focused on well-being, mindfulness, emotional awareness, and reconnecting with ourselves, others, and nature.

Days filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, new friendships, shared moments, and memories we’ll carry with us for a long time.

And now, we’re so happy to share a little piece of this journey with you! 🫶

My lovely best friends! ❤️✨

I’m still in awe of the magical experience we shared during the ,,Melody" project. It was filled with beautiful energy, sharing, deep connections, music, laughter, and so many emotions. Honestly, it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, and I feel incredibly grateful that our paths crossed.

From the very first day, when we learned each other’s names surrounded by nature, to wandering through the enchanting forest and creating our very first piece of music together, every moment felt special. There was something truly magical about being so present, letting go of everyday distractions, and allowing ourselves to simply ,,be".

The surroundings were absolutely perfect for reconnecting with ourselves, with nature, and with one another. Four days without our phones turned out to be such a beautiful gift. I never thought I would say this, but I genuinely didn’t want my phone back! 🥹🌿

I loved every single part of this journey: the blindfolded walks through the mountains, the evening jam sessions, the intercultural evening filled with vibrant conversations and contagious laughter, the ambient music, and the intuitive dances that allowed us to express ourselves beyond words. Every experience brought us a little closer together and reminded me how powerful human connection can be when we open our hearts and allow ourselves to be authentic.

But above all, what made this project truly unforgettable was YOU. All the beautiful souls, the openness, the vulnerability, the kindness, and the unique energy each of you brought into this space. It’s incredible how people who were strangers just a few days ago can suddenly feel like a little family.

I’m leaving this experience with a heart full of gratitude, beautiful memories, new inspiration, and a little piece of each of you with me. ❤️

I will miss our little moments, our laughter, our music, and the feeling of being so deeply connected to the present moment. I hope we can carry this beautiful energy into our everyday lives and continue creating, exploring, and connecting with the world around us.

Thank you for making ,,Melody" so much more than just a project.

El mes pasado tuve la oportunidad de cantar en @entroterraneo un festival en Liguria, Italia. ¿Y qué mejor escenario que un bosque rodeada de amiguitos?🌲
Gracias de corazón a @bellamossamarrell por la oportunidad y por todo el cariño. Por confiar en mi arte e invitarme a ser parte de un festival tan lleno de cultura y artistas increíbles. Me sentí inspirada y querida🤍

È stata una serata ricca di emozioni, persone meravigliose e momenti indimenticabili 🌻 Il mese scorso ho avuto l’opportunità di cantare a @entroterraneo. Suoni In Pineta è stato il nostro evento legato al progetto Erasmus plus “Radici e Futuro ” un opportunità che abbiamo insieme ad altre associazioni provenienti da diverse regioni Italiane, che ci permette di creare spazi di incontro e di condivisione.

In questo caso abbiamo realizzato con la comunità di Beaulard una serata di presentazione del progetto e delle nostre attività seguito dall’esibizione di artisti locali con dj set finale a cura del nostro @umbient_ .
