The sun, the roads, and this bike , just perfect.

The new Giant Propel is an absolute rocket, and I couldn’t stop smiling out there.

Put some good miles on it this weekend, and I’m already buzzing for what’s next. This summer’s going to be fast!

Hard launch, the New bike is here 🚀

2026 Giant Propel Advanced Pro 0 in Obsidian Black 🖤

Absolutely buzzing to have this bike! First ride done and it had to be a nice 60km café rip with @mhb.trains ☕️ to break it in properly.

Feels rapid ⚡️ looks unreal, and just wants to go.

Big thanks to @banjo_cycles for the amazing service as always 🙌

Bring on the summer miles ☀️

Intro : This is me drawing a line.

I’ve been riding for a while now and I love it. The rides with friends, the group efforts, the conversations at the cafe stops, and the shared suffering on the hard days.

This year, I’m taking my cycling to the next level.

That means training with more intent, being more consistent, and still keeping the social side that makes cycling what it is.

I’m starting this page to share the journey, keep myself accountable, and hopefully meet like-minded riders along the way, all with one simple aim: to be stronger than last week.

Plenty to learn, plenty of work to do, and a lot of riding ahead.

Let’s see where it goes.

It’s been so good to get back into riding over the past few weeks! Really is my happy place!

No riding this week as I’m off away to my other happy place, behind the wheel! Leading @selectdrivingtours euro weekender to the Nurburgring! Can’t wait 😍🇩🇪

Walbury Hill Climb with the boys ⛰️

Big efforts, burning legs and a properly good day out at the @newburyvelo Walbury hill climb

Nothing like voluntarily riding uphill as hard as possible with your mates.

@eeveethevizsla even came to watch!

150k on the bike this week and it feels GOOD to be back 🚴‍♂️

Summer season done, training mode back on ahead of the Walbury Hill Climb next week.

Missed the miles, missed these guys, definitely didn’t miss my heart beating out my eyes 🤣

Mid week rides with the boys 🚴

Summer always seems to be time off the bike for me. Life, work and plans just keep me busy!

As summer comes to a close we push back onto the bike ready for the Newbury hill climb in September!

June disappeared in a blur of life admin, work and a certain little Vizsla (Swipe for puppy photo)🐶🚴‍♂️

Back where I belong tonight with the lads for a post-work Zone 2 spin, followed by the most important recovery drink… a pint 🍺

Time to get the legs turning again.

A few less miles this week than planned… mainly because the beer garden kept calling my name 🍻😅

Still managed to get the Thruxton TT done with a PB time and 6th road bike on the day, so can’t complain too much.

Then headed out with @mhb.trains for a steady 60k evening loop to spin the legs… followed by another beer obviously.

Training hard and chasing miles is great, but life’s for living as well, so I’m letting myself off this week 👌

Good week in the saddle this week 👌

Tuesday we hit the DTR chain gang for a proper 35kph smash fest… and somehow managed to take my first sprint victory 🥇

Thursday was over to the Latton TT to put a benchmark time down. 26:02 into an absolute monster headwind 😅 Plenty of time to find there next round.

Then Saturday we rolled out for a 95k loop around Newbury with some of the fellow Velo Clinic riders. Good roads, good company and plenty of climbing to keep the legs honest.

Big week, big fun, more to come 🚴
