Meet Coach Josh 💪We are stoked to welcome @josh_manningg to our coaching team!

Josh M. is a soon-to-be Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating from the University at Buffalo this spring. Originally from Rochester, he’s been in Buffalo since 2020 and is planting roots here for good. He plans on building a career that bridges performance training and physical therapy for athletes in the greater Buffalo area.

His athletic background began in track & field (throwing events), so he understands power, positioning, and how to move weight with intention. He’s got a sharp eye for mechanics, detail, and progressions!

Favorite lift: Barbell reverse lunges
Mortal enemy: Burpee broad jumps

A piece of “Josh-lore”: Ask him about his high school protein bar review phase 😏

Josh will be co-coaching starting Wednesday night! Make sure to give him a warm NCA welcome.
