Thank you to the whole team at @bravowwhl for the opportunity. 😊

What a trip to be on the show with @kalpenn - I was watching Harold and Kumar when I was 15 years old smoking weed in my mates garages dreaming of White Castle. Haha

As we were about to walk out @kalpenn said to me, do you get nervous in things like this? And I looked at him crazy like… I don’t do shit like this! Thanks for making me feel comfortable man!

Thanks to @horsegirlhair for the last minute shag trim

I was fanboying at getting to meet every artists favourite artists Amie & James tonight (@inspiredtowrite) @honeybonesgallery and the rest of the family.

Amie’s work really helped me build the confidence to start making music about five years ago.

I can’t recommend her work enough. Her new book is also really fucking awesome…such a good read for any artist, no matter where they are in their creative journey. 🤩🙌🏻

Last of the Below Deck spam I think… 🤔

Me getting to hang with @kalpenn - what a shagger I must say.

I have a new single out Friday.. have you pre saved yet? Would appreciate it if you did.

Melbourne friends me and the band are playing a show on the 29th March, please come! Link to tickets in bio?

Have you watched the ‘Iggy Pop’ music video yet, it’s ridiculous. That’s why you should watch it.

Got some vinyl available @fuzzed_up_records_ for the vinyl revival fanatics.

My mum was in town, and sunsets have been epic.

See you Friday for the new @johnnyzephyrr single…

‘Seasons of Savannah 74”’

So many cool things happening!

Peace ✌🏻 x

THATS A WRAP! Last episode. DONE. 😁🙌🏻🙏🏻

What a crazy wild portal I found myself in.

Thanks to everyone involved for an amazing season and a cool life experience added to the list!
.
Thank you to everyone for your kind comments regarding the food and music. It’s been a pleasure to work with every single person on the show, especially the team behind the scenes, making it all happen!!

I’m very proud to say that me and @aesha_jean didn’t have one argument. That’s not always the case in the world of yachting!!

And huge bravo to the rest of the crew. Let’s all take a bow.

I know I’m a charter late… but It’s a shame the edit missed the ‘getting the leopard skin flares out’ bit on this episode with @michael_lopez07 and crew!

We wrote a song written about the guests and performed it! It was a blast!

The only phone footage I’ve got! @belowdeckbravo please can you get someone to send me the rest!? 🙏🏻😀 taken in Barcelona, Spain by @joshbingham__

S10E49: The Right Path - Josh “Zephyr” Bingham!

Full episode airs on Monday, January 19!

Chef and musician Josh “Zephyr” Bingham share his life of adventure with Doc. Settle in and buckle up as Zephyr tells Doc about his incredible journey, from becoming a chef at age 16, working in Michelin restaurants, to battling addiction and finding his way out of the depths. Along the way, this culinary athlete discusses the importance of affirmations, multiple uses for acoustic guitars, overcooked quails, The Brian Jones Town Massacre, circus feats, spirituality, Necker Island, Roger Taylor, Ashtanga yoga, and how he found himself on the right path. Epic.
