Dear Toby,

You are my toby, my best friend, my ride or die, my brother, and my best buddy. You are the best dog I could have ever asked for. Little did I know that on January 11th, 2015, at 11:55 am, my life would be forever changed. What started out as a simple task to get a dishwasher turned into the best thing to ever happen to me. I have truly been blessed by being able to have you in my life. You’ve been there for everything good and bad. Your there to wipe my tears when im sad, and jump up and do low rider when to congrualte me when im happy. You made everyone’s lives better just by being there. I’m going to miss coming home to you wagging your tail so hard you can’t control it, and then running around with your toy in your mouth, but never giving it to anyone, cause it’s your toy, and rightfully so buddy! Everything from you being scared during a thunderstorm, cause those are big booms and they are scary, to you running through the waves at the beach like a bird, to you doing front flips at the front door to go in a car ride, I will cherish. It’s hard to look back and think of a time you weren’t there for before middle school dance photos, prom photos, to me going off to college, you were always there. You were always there, on any trip, on any car ride, on any adventure, you came with. It’s going to be weird on Christmas with you not waking us up, jumping up and down, trying to get us downstairs as fast as possible, cause Christmas was always your favorite holiday, and you staring at the Christmas lights all day long with them twinkling in your eyes. I will never, EVER, forget you buddy, you’re always my brother. There won’t be a day that goes by that I won’t look up at the sky and say I love you. You are the brightest star in the sky, and I know you’re always with me. I will never forget October 28th. This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later.
