I find myself always going back to this film recipe! I've used this recipe for almost a year now and it makes every photo feel like a nostalgic memory. I use a Black Pro Mist 1/4 filter to give it a slight glow and softens the overall image.

Comment the word "RECIPE" and I'll send you one of my favorite film simulation recipes that I use everyday!

I take this camera everywhere I go! It's been one of the best investments I've ever made!

Why edit photos when you can get images like this straight out of the camera 👀 @fujifilmx_us

Don't just take my word for it, but take their lives as evidence.

I'm still in awe of what God did during last weekend and it's really hard to put into words even what he is doing in me since then. As "creatives", we get a really unique view when we're in rooms like these. Rooms of worship. We see everything from the smiles, the laughs, the joy, the tears, the hurt, the pain, the healing, the restoration, the relinquishing and so much more... all portrayed by the faces of common people in their 20s and 30s.

When you take a second to just put the camera down in moments like these, God does something to you. To just watch, to listen, to look outside of your own life. He does something to your heart. It's a feeling like nothing else I can describe. taken in Watermark Community Church by @joshestes__

WHAT A GOD!
WHAT A WEEKEND!
WHAT A TEAM!

I genuinely have no words to describe this weekend... When people ask me what my favorite thing to capture is, usually I don't have a specific answer. This weekend made the answer to that question crystal clear! There is simply NOTHING that compares to a room full of people that come together to authentically worship Jesus! Worship not just with their hands, but with their entire being! taken in Watermark Community Church by @joshestes__

yes... BUT

I'm EXTREMELY late to the trend, but figured I'd finally make this post because it gives me an excuse to talk about my favorite part of the Fujifilm X100VI! NO EDITING NECESSARY 👀

All of these photos were taken on a recent trip in Japan and they all use the same film recipe! This camera genuinely makes me enjoy taking photos again and cuts out all the post-editing time! Get more of your time back! If you can't tell by now... I love this little camera!

my camera roll after 7 days in Japan

Finally made it out to Japan which has been a dream of mine for the last 6 years! The light here just constantly felt cinematic and it didn't matter what time of day! Some of my favorite shots were taken during the middle of the day, which is usually very rare in photography! Seeing this country, the different cities and the culture felt like stepping into a dream and I fell in love with it immediately!

The perfect film recipe for Japan? 🇯🇵

I have used this film simulation recipe on my Fujifilm x100vi for the last 5 days in Japan, and it has worked in every scenario I've put it through! This camera has genuinely made me fall back in love with the simplicity of photography! It has such a small form factor that I can carry it around anywhere I go and it's not going take up hardly any space in my bag!

The images that this camera produce are absolutely beautiful! If you have any questions about the x100vi or film simulations, just shoot me a DM!
