I binged the first 3 books and they definitely got me out of a slump and put me back into one. I am now head over heels in love with Aaron Warner. He is a different breed. I can’t wait to continue with the last 3 books. I am reading a few more books before I continue because I just didn’t want to run out of books with these characters. KENJI. KENJI KISHIMOTO. My sarcastic side character that I always fall in love with. He is everything. And Juliette. I love seeing her grow as a character/person. She was this fragile girl and she turned into this icon within these 3 books. I absolutely adore her.

Daisy Jones and the Six ✨🎶 journal page + quote dump

This book took me out of my massive reading slump and I’m in love with it. I had to expectations going in even though everyone and their mom loved it. I have never quite read a book like this one and I absolutely can not wait for the show to come out. To actually hear these songs?! Anyways 5 stars! I can’t wait to read more tjr!!

Last night I went to my first event that I was invited to and it was for my favorite author who wrote my favorite book of all time… someone pinch me 🖤🖤

Went on a little weekend getaway with my boyfriend for our one year anniversary so most photos are from that! The best time with my best man!!

the lost review: The Nightingale

I read this book in January when I wasn’t active on this account, but now that I’m here it deserves its own spotlight!

This was a masterpiece. There is no point in sugarcoating it. I picked this up because I’ve heard great things and I wanted to branch out from my usual romance/ romantasy comfort zone. It took me a moment to get into it because I’ve never read a historical fiction book. Once I did, I couldn’t put it down. I was immediately hooked and sucked into the raw emotions of this war time book. Everything that the characters felt, I felt in a way. This book felt so real. It felt so real that as I was reading it, it felt like a movie of it was playing in my head.

The 2 different types of strength women, the love of family, the importance of fighting for what you believe in. I think everyone should read this book. I can’t remember the last time I cried so hard while reading words on a page… by @journalwithpay

It’s a love story … baby just say yes!

Kale and I chose this for our first book club pick 💖

the definition of a refreshing read! I was in an insufferable slump before this book and it felt as if it brought me back to life. I binged it in 2 days.

Jane is desperately trying to get her script greenlit for a movie… so desperate that she lies and says the hottest pop star of the moment agreed to write a song for the movie. The cinematography for this movie would be her nemesis Dan and they come up with a plan to go to his family’s house for the week because a certain pop star is performing at a festival there.

The setting of Jane and Dan at his family home is chef’s kiss! The forced proximity ughhhh. It’s exactly what I needed for my first summer read. I devoured it for a reason ☀️🎥🎬 by @journalwithpay
