POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

To half a decade & counting ✨🎞️🎉

As my 5 year Bookstagram Anniversary was approaching I became reflective and reminiscent of everything that this account has serendipitously led me to. From endless book recs, favorite reads, genuine friendships, creative opportunities, unforgettable trips, & dreams turned into realities 🥹 I am forever grateful!!!

In honor of today I put together a small collection of highlights, moments, and the unexpected routes I went on before ending up where I am now.

2020 me had no idea making an account to talk about books during a worldwide pandemic would change the whole trajectory of my life.. it is easily one of the best decisions I have ever made.

march was so healing and just made me realize a lot when it comes to my life, friendships, relationships, etc. i definitely needed to slow down a bit and take a pause. i slowly got out of my book slump by rereading emily henry, tsitp, tatbilb, and love theoretically (my comfort books forever!) 🧬🧡, i redecorated my shelves with some art frames and knick knacks, i rekindled friendships that literally just revitalized my soul, of course had to get the occasional disney trips in, painted pottery with my friends 🥹 (channeling my inner harriet hehe), luke hemmings aka my husband is slowly releasing tracks off his ep AND THEY LITERALLY SPEAK TO ME, and now im just IMPATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT 🪶

March is journaling, Matthew Mcconaughey, romcoms, So American by Olivia Rodrigo, finishing books on my tbr, The Evermore album and being obsessed specifically with Cowboy like Me, The Virgin Suicides, Priscilla, Sally Rooney and basically any films or novels that will give me numerous existential crises, not being able to write but also having random ideas and inspo at 1 am, constantly watching new films from the past like Eat Pray Love, and obsessing about being in a relationship but also enjoying being single and hating social interaction but desperately craving it also.

Love my cute little March Pinterest board ft. my March journal spreads of the month 🧘🏻‍♀️🎧
What was your March like ??? Tagged some beautiful people above to take part if they want ⭐️💋
