summertime renae 🌞 this week

Tuesday - Marley

Well this one promises to be a SCORCHER! Not only will the temperature hit the mid 30s, but we have an evening of caliente cuts from Marley. The Voices Radio resident and No Boundaries founder specialises in dynamic sets which mix up house with Latin, Afro, disco and jazz influences, finding a free-flowing way to make the whole room move.

Wednesday - kayja vu

The heatwave continues with an all night set from Stells Selections member kayja vu, whose energetic and infectious take on Afro house, Bossa, baile funk and disco has seen her send it from underground venues to Wireless and Reading tents. Dance responsibly

Thursday - Famili Affair

Rooted in the love of music and connection, Famili Affair have taken London by storm with a string of euphoric dances, and now they’re coming to renae with a ear-pleasing line up of Rouzy, ZJ, Kusasa, Tomi From Brockley and Atlanta. All styles and sounds represented, this is gonna go off like your fruit bowl in the heat.

Friday - Yohan (Me Gusta)

The sublime sounds continue as we reach the weekend proper, with Me Gusta’s Yohan scouring the full range of his encyclopaedic musical mind and extensive record collection to make you move to a different groove. We’ve seen this man rock a party in every genre imaginable so expect the eclectic dancefloor.

Saturday - Joy Social

It’s a renae debut on Saturday as we finally lock down a set from Manchester’s dynamic duo Joy Social. For over a decade, Tamer and Dai have been dropping electrifying sets all over the show, blending boogie, disco, house and UK Garage into an unstoppable peak time force. Swing by for some heads down, hands in the air madness.

Sunday - Hello Darling

In a breathless year or so since its inception, Hello Darling has been raising the roof (and sizeable charity donations) as the sweatiest glitter-drenched party in town. Inviting a range of guests and newcomers to join the residents behind the decks, Hello Darling has celebrated queer joy to a soundtrack of high energy house and amyl-disco, while maintaining a safe space for all and pushing the best politics possible - superb sunday 👄
