Some mornings the only plan is to stand somewhere warm and let a good song do the rest.

Solo cinema trip, big popcorn, whole row to myself.

Genuinely one of my favourite things to do alone.

No negotiating what we watch, no talking through the good bits.

Just me and a film. Highly recommend it.

Blanket, book, a glass of something red. Told everyone I was busy.

Ran away for a couple of nights to a little cabin and remembered how much I like my own company.

Put myself in a frame this week. Felt right.

We hang everyone else on our walls and rarely stop to think of ourselves as worth framing too.

Coffee, the paper, and a patch of grass with my name on it.

There's something about actually reading the news on paper instead of scrolling it in bed. Slower.
