10 years of Joy. ❤️

For a decade, Joy has been the person who simply gets it done.

The “Joy Special” is what happens when real estate requires something that is definitely not in the job description. Painting a bedroom herself. Managing renovations and cleanouts. Furniture shopping with a client. Fighting a bad appraisal. Untangling impossible transactions. Or following up year after year until someone finally finds their home.

She does it with grit, patience, creativity, incredible taste and a genuine desire to take care of people.

Miami born. Cuban Jew “Jewbanita”. Multi-generational Groveite. Brickell mom. Effortlessly cool. She can Shabbat Shalom and qué rico her way through just about any room in Miami.

But after 10 years, she’s much more than someone I work with. She’s a great friend, genuinely like a sister, and someone I can’t imagine not talking to every day as we work through the madness together.

10 years at Compass! 🎉

Look at this throwback photo!! A decade ago, after years in marketing, I made a huge career decision and transitioned into real estate—a career that gave me more flexibility for my family, long before flexible work schedules became the norm.

Joining @levimeyergroup The Levi Meyer Group turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people and helping them find a place to call home.

I’ve always thought of myself as a matchmaker for homes. I love getting to know my clients and understanding not just what they’re looking for in a home, but how they want to live. My goal is to match them with the right home, neighborhood, and lifestyle.

Final day @lollapalooza ended with @tatemcrae and she was absolutely amazing. Amazing dancer, performer and a great way to end the weekend. Now we are two exhausted and sick people on our way home!! Back to work, back to @hiphopkidz and real life taken in Chicago, Illinois by @joysuch
