I have Part of a message I sent my athletes and a message I want future #TeamFlexyyy athletes to read:

“I know my style of coaching isn’t always the most traditional. Sometimes it’s unorthodox, sometimes it’s unexpected but know it’s always driven by love, passion, and the belief that we can be great together. At the end of the day, I want us to remember one thing. We’re here to have fun.

And this weekend proved something powerful. Who says you can’t have fun and still win?!”

He’s been the only real witness to my lowest lows and the person standing beside me at my highest highs. He’s seen every version of me, loved me through all of them, and reminded me who I was when I forgot.

A lot of who I’m becoming has my strength in it but it has his love in it, too.

I DID IT!!!!!! 🥹✨
I’m still in shock that I accomplished this goal… wow. After 6 months of hard work, I’ve grown in so many ways—mentally, physically, and spiritually. The way I showed up for myself throughout this entire journey reminded me that, at the end of the day, it’s you vs. you.

Even on the days I was exhausted and felt like my body couldn’t go any further, I pushed myself to keep going. The faith that grew within me throughout this process has been so powerful. Praying and thanking God every day for the peace he brings me has shown me that I truly can do ANYTHING. ✨

Early mornings filled with cardio, posing, working, lifting, and cooking required so much discipline and time management. Slacking was never on the menu. 😂

I’m so excited for this new chapter and to continue pushing myself, growing, and evolving into a stronger version of me 🫶🏻

A huge thank you to my coach, @jp.flex for making me feel comfortable throughout this entire process and always pushing me to keep going! And to my posing coach, @formemagnifique who always showed up for me no matter what. I’m so grateful for you both🤍

And finally, thank you to my amazing support system—my family, my friends, and everyone on here who has shown me so much empowerment, love, and admiration throughout this journey. Your support means more than you know. 💗🙏🏻✨

SUMMER SHREDDING HOUSTON OVERALL BIKINI WINNER !! 🏆 🤩 @summershreddingchampionship

What a week it’s been here in Houston. Every prep teaches me something new, and this one reminded me that my consistency and discipline always pays off.

After multiple peak weeks this year, I’m proud to say this was one of my best looks. The early mornings, cardio sessions, training days, meal prep, and sacrifices all led to standing on stage in Houston and bringing home the win.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. To my coach @jp.flex , friends, family, sponsors, and every single person who follows along and cheers me on. Your support means more than you know.

Lightning in a Bottle was the most epic music festival I’ve ever been a part of.

I laughed. I cried. I screamed. I danced. I lived.

For 3 days straight, we danced until the sun came up and talked until the sun went down.

It’s not about where you are, it’s who you’re with and It’s not about the party, it’s about the people. And fortunately for me, I get to party with my people.

To everyone who made this experience unforgettable: I love you all so much. Thank you for the laughs, the conversations, the adventures, and the memories.

Counting down the days until I get to cuddle puddle mid set and crawl out of the stacks again, covered in dust.

My community is my cure.

The best festival I’ve ever experience!!!!

For a moment, nothing else matters… just the music & my people. Id be lying if I said life isn’t a blessing and weekends like this remind me blessed I am.

There’s nothing like listening to the music you love with the people you love.

Grateful for the friendships I rekindled and the ones that grew even stronger.

And to @lilbieber

I may not know you, but I do know that you been a part of every chapter of my life.

I may not know who you are… but I’ll never forget how your music makes me feel.

And for that, I’ll always love you.

Happy birthday to the love of my life, my partner, my Belieber.
You’ve been my day one since day one of us meeting. When I met you, I said to myself, “there’s going to be one less lonely girl.” And I made it my mission for that to happen.

We’ve been Belibers since before it was cool and we didn’t care that people knew. He meant so much to us that I even ended my vows with his lyrics!
