The best festival I’ve ever experience!!!!

For a moment, nothing else matters… just the music & my people. Id be lying if I said life isn’t a blessing and weekends like this remind me blessed I am.

There’s nothing like listening to the music you love with the people you love.

Grateful for the friendships I rekindled and the ones that grew even stronger.

My favorite part of this job isn’t only helping people get stronger & healthier. It’s building real relationships outside the gym.

I have clients all over the world from so many different walks of life. And as much as I teach them, I learn just as much from them.

Watching people grow physically, mentally, emotionally. That’s the real reward.

I couldn’t ask for a better job.

They say do what you love and you’ll never work another day in your life…

Ain’t that the truth.

Time to light up your lats with this killer combo:

🔹 Wide Grip Pulldowns
4 sets of 10 reps
Tempo: 2-1-2
(Slow on the way down, pause, then drive up with control)

Superset with ⬇️

🔹 Straight Arm Pullovers
4 sets of 12 reps
Tempo: 1-1-1

Keep your form clean. Focus on the mind-muscle connection.

Like any beautiful beach with public access your bound to run into a lot of people. Especially popular spots with cruise ship drop offs.

Not to worry, if your visiting Horseshoe bay walk past the umbrellas and crowds and keep walking. It’s about a 10 to 15 min walk but I promise you it’s worth it!

You’ll find yourself at a beautiful hidden lagoon with no one. It was amazing!!!!
