The Extreme Weather Warning Award 🐇 - Always wrapped up in too many or not enough layers.

What a way to round off Tracksmith Season 3 by getting an award recognising the sweat that goes into every run. I guess one day I’ll learn how to regular my body temperature 😅

Massive thanks to @amritpalghatora for coming up with this crazy category. Also to the pacers who voted for me. I appreciate you all. Thanks for the shared miles and indulging my madness.

Sometimes you’ve just gotta go all out and see what you’re capable of. @tracksmithrunning solstice 3k was a great test on the road back from the London Marathon.

Thanks to @shahussain for prepping me for this race. 🫡
More short races to come, more changes to red line that heart rate 🫠

The run that I really needed ☝️

After an almost flawless 16 week marathon training block I picked up a hamstring niggle in the final week. 6 days with no running was not the way I would have chosen to end the block but it’s what I had to do to make it to the start line in one piece.

Getting through this shakeout run niggle free was the confidence boost I needed. A short burst at marathon pace didn’t hurt either.

Time to rest up and mentally prepare for the big day. 🙏

Running for gold in Berlin, but this time it’s personal! 🏃‍♂️💨💰 Chasing that PB like a bank heist.

Also shout out to @jerry_sun for these 📸.

And what better way to celebrate than when your friend selflessly takes you to @runthroughuk Dorney Lakes, his incredible wife plays Bottle Klaus for you and to top it off takes the best pictures whilst he’s at it - don’t know what I did to deserve you @jrmsctt & @coriminori but I’m grateful to be your third wheel this weekend

Sorry I couldn’t quite hit the 🎯 a combo of groin pain and heat just smashed my pace 2/3 in, but these things happen and as Sha says - this is a stored effort that will reveal itself in the future no doubt 🙏🏼

Next stop on the road to Berlin is @officialbighalf 🔜

Tracksmith away day. Herne Bay - Margate
Made hard work of the 13 mile coastal run but the fish and chip at the end made it worth it.
Massive thanks to my fellow pacers @shahussain @reecechau9 @soumya218 and @jessharker13 for keeping myself and the rest of the group going and on track today.
Thanks to @amritpalghatora for organising and awesome shots as always from @simonrphoto 📸
