Are you running to your potential? 🏆 Over the years, running has taught me that becoming a better athlete is about so much more than following a training plan or chasing a PB. It’s about the person you become along the way. The decisions and habits you adopt each day are votes for the athlete you want to be. Showing up consistently, fuelling well, prioritising sleep, doing the strength work, managing stress and knowing when to recover. None of it needs to be perfect. It’s about building habits that move you closer to your potential, one decision at a time. This is at the heart of my coaching. I bring together mindset, training, science and recovery to help you become a stronger, more confident and capable athlete — with an approach built around you, your goals and your life. Whether you’re starting out, training for your first marathon, chasing a new PB or working towards a bigger goal, I’d love to help you discover what you’re capable of. And you don’t have to do it alone. Running is an individual pursuit, but having the right support and community around you can make all the difference. Swipe through to learn more about my approach. If you’re thinking about your next phase of running and want to explore what coaching could look like for you, drop me a DM or click link in my bio. Let’s have a chat. Run Well: Supporting Your Physical Wellbeing 🖤 Such an amazing turnout for our third wellbeing check-in at Marathon House. We’ll be back in January 2027 for series 2 with a values based goal setting session. A massive thank you to John Daly, physio led run coach for leading the session, supported by sports psychologist and professional runner, Helena Keenan and me. John touched on how running injuries develop, shared practical evidence based advice on how to reduce your risk of injury, flagged some signs of when to stop running, explained how to use the traffic lights rule, and when to seek support. John also explored the relationship between sleep, stress, pain and training load, giving simple strategies to help you train consistently and sustainably. Alongside John’s session, Sha Hussain and Helena Keenan led a mindful moment and wellbeing check-in, as well as practical tips on warming up and cooling down before and after your runs. Our next event is a pizza run in collaboration with Vincenzo’s Shoreditch - NY style pizza at its best - click link in bio for more details and RSVP! 🍕 Massive thanks to all those who have supported our events to date - plenty more to come! 🖖🏽 Shout out to @homie.drinks for providing the refreshments! 🥤 See ya soon! Wellbeing Check-In - Be More You 🖤 On Friday, we held the first in the series of our monthly Wellbeing Check-ins for the London Running Community at Marathon House. We had an excellent turnout, and the event was exactly as we intended it to be: fun, interactive, and providing a true sense of connection and belonging! Helena and I shared our knowledge on Authentic Happiness and Wellbeing, and took everyone through a gratitude exercise called “Three Good Things” which is designed to help boost wellbeing, resilience, and relationships. Everyone had a Polaroid photo taken on arrival, and at the end of the session, wrote down a single word to describe how they felt. Here are some of the words that were shared: Energised, Connected, Friendship, Boosted, Content, Reflective, Romanticising, Inspired, Refreshed, Strong, Hopeful, Meaning, Mindful, Emotional, and Grateful. After the session, the majority of us headed to Mercato Metropolitano for food and drinks - a great way to end the evening, together as a community. Save the date for our next session at Marathon House on Wednesday 26th Sept. More details and RSVP to follow soon! 🥐☕🏃‍♂️07:00 on a warm Tuesday morning….. @pastryrunclub.rw Nearly 100 runners converged outside Arbor at @banksideyards. Lured with the promise of coffee they came ready to run, with expectant energy, and friendly smiles. Just a few hours earlier, London had been battered by storms overnight. By sunrise, though, the clouds had cleared, the city was glowing, and somehow we found ourselves gifted one of those perfect summer mornings that makes even a country boy like me, love London again. Before we set off, Jess, the undisputed Queen of the Pastry Run Club (our @runweekends global run community), and our incredible team of nine volunteer pacers welcomed everyone, delivered the briefing, a warm up, and helped create that relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes our Run Weekends events so special. A huge thank you to every one of you. The gates opened, the freebies disappeared remarkably quickly, and then we headed off through some of the most iconic streets and landmarks in the capital. London felt unusually calm. The roads were quiet, the air sweaty, and for 40 mins or so it felt like the city belonged entirely to us. And, of course, no Pastry Run Club would be complete without the reward waiting at the finish line. Excellent coffee, excellent pastries from Gail’s, and plenty of time for conversations with strangers that didn’t feel like strangers for long. A huge thank you to Alice and the team at @nativeland_ltd and the team at Arbor. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you haven’t visited Arbor’s workspaces or Bankside Yards before, go and check it out - incredible buildings in one of the best locations in London. Almost every conversation I had yesterday ended with the same question: “When are we doing this again?” The truth is, another one wasn’t originally part of the plan. Now it is. To everyone who came along, thank you!! 🤩 See you at the next one. Thanks to our brand partners for the great goodies, our photographers Zaira and Paul, the Run Weekends ambassadors, and run leaders, and of course Jess and Poppy. #pastryrunclub #runclublondon #runweekends #runningholiday #banksideyards

Go and watch a Marathon 🥹 Still thinking about the overwhelming power of Sunday’s @londonmarathon and how it reminds you that for all London’s cynicism and apparent coldness, it’s a city that welcomes more people than it ever turns away, and you’ll find your people if you look for them. Strangers cheering for strangers. It remains London at its very best. Seeing people you love smash it is special. Seeing strangers for whom this means so much push through is special. The stories that bring people to start lines are different. The training and setbacks are all varied. The journeys from Greenwich to the finish line are checkered. But they all cross the same finish line. All get the same medal. All different, but all the same. That’s a beautiful and life affirming thing. As someone who has now run 6 marathons, and one of those was in February 🤯, standing on the other side and cheering this year reminded me that none of this is normal. So many people spend so much time on socials making the distance seem less than it is for clout or because they think it’ll lead to brand deals. But marathons are really, really hard. We should never forget it. Sunday reminded me of that. Maybe more of us need to stand on the sidelines once in a while. 📸 @simonrphoto @jerry_sun #londonmarathon2026 #londonmarathon #londonmarathoncourse #marathon #running
