After being knocked down for a few days with whatever sickness, my body 😩 automatically goes stiff! However my body and mind are ALLOWED to REST!!! WITHOUT GUILT, something I need to keep reminding myself. Once I got my strength back I wasted no time with getting on with my yoga/stretching with my furry 🐕 🥰 by my side, which felt amazing. Movement is 🔑 slow & steady. #selfcare #rest #yoga #mobility #health by @jro1986
