After being knocked down for a few days with whatever sickness, my body 😩 automatically goes stiff! However my body and mind are ALLOWED to REST!!! WITHOUT GUILT, something I need to keep reminding myself. Once I got my strength back I wasted no time with getting on with my yoga/stretching with my furry 🐕 🥰 by my side, which felt amazing. Movement is 🔑 slow & steady. #selfcare #rest #yoga #mobility #health

Super excited 🙌🙌🙌 about my very 1st Collab with @achedaway mini Scraper!!! This mini but mighty powerful tool has helped me & my clients so much during our Integrative massages. Now you can add to your collection with my discount code for ANYTHING on their website. My link is also in my Bio, please reach out if you have any questions at all. What is scraping/IASTM?

✨️Scraping can improve circulation by stimulating the skin & underlying tissues to increase blood flow, in return helps with healing and reduces inflammation.

✨️Scraping can also help break down scar tissue & adhesions that can limit flexibility & range of motion

✨️Scraping can also help get rid of metabolic waste that accumulates in the muscles after injury or intense physical activity such as lactic acid

Sundays are usually my day off, however my mom's hand has been hurting for 2 weeks! So we soaked in Hot Epsom Salt Water with Eucalyptus and lavender. After did some scraping, manual work, and finished with some CBD cream. Swelling went significantly down along with pain. Happy Superbowl Sunday💪🏈🏈🏈 Go Steelers #massagelife✨🙏🏼✨ #nodaysoff #handmassage #unavidamedspa
