Even though the MDW was rainy , the sun came out on Monday and we were able to get outside and hit the lake . We haven’t fished since last summer and the moment marked by Benicio catching his first fish🎣

Most luxury properties are reactive instead of proactively managed.

Things get overlooked.
Storm damage sits too long.
Vendors go unmanaged.
Grounds slowly deteriorate.
Small issues become expensive problems.

At JAR Hospitality Group , we approach estate management differently.

We stay ahead of the property.

From seasonal transitions and vendor coordination to property wellness checks and hands on oversight-our job is to protect the asset, preserve the experience, and create peace of mind for homeowners whether they’re nearby or across the country.

This recent spring clean up at an upstate lake house currently under management included:

*Storm cleanup & fallen tree removal
*Landscape restoration
*Seasonal grounds preparation
*Vendor coordination & oversight
*Exterior wellness review
*Property readiness for summer occupancy

Luxury property management is not possible without consistency, accountability, and execution.

Your property shouldn’t just sit there. It should perform.📊

This is one of the estates currently under JAR Hospitality Group’s care in the Dominican Republic and this is what professional luxury property management actually looks like.

From the pool deck to the marble floors, every square foot is overseen, maintained, and optimized. We handle the operations so you don’t have to think twice.

If you own a luxury property in the Caribbean and you’re ready for real management.

The best birthday gift? This right here. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒
48 years in and life keeps teaching me. Keeps humbling me. Keeps inspiring me to be better — as a father, a builder, a dreamer.
Still a student. Still hungry. Still blessed beyond measure.
Chapter 48 — let’s gooooo. 🙏🏽

My first Caribbean project.

Walking through a 6-unit modern build in Samaná, Dominican Republic.

What stood out right away — they’re not even using traditional concrete.

They’re using a foam-based structural system that’s lighter, more efficient, and still built for strength.

This is the stage most people never see…
where the real decisions are made that impact everything long term.

The materials, the structure, the execution, this is where proper management actually matters.

This is the space I’m stepping into — being involved where projects are built and handled the right way from the ground up.

More to come as this develops.

If you’re interested in property, projects, or having things handled the right way — message me “ESTATE”.

💖 Remembering my beloved mother Iris💖

Today marks five years since we had to say goodbye Mama, such an extraordinary woman. Not a day goes by that we don’t feel the warmth of your love and the strength of your spirit.

Your kindness, and wisdom continue to be our guiding light. We cherish the countless memories and hold you close to our hearts.
Thank you for the blessings and guidance from above. You are always with us, and your legacy will live on in every story we share, every moment we celebrate.

Never forgotten, forever loved. 🕊️✨

Happy 3rd birthday to my little king 👑🎂
BabyBenny has now become Benny big boy!

Year 2 was a beautiful journey—so much growth, so many milestones, so many memories that I’ll hold forever. Your arrival made me step fully into fatherhood, and I’m endlessly grateful for how you’ve shaped me into the dad I am today.

I’m excited for year 3—more learning, more laughter, more adventures. Your smile fuels me, your love drives me, and everything I do is to build a beautiful life for you. I love you more than words, buddy. Here’s to the next chapter. 💜

🫡33 looks amazing on you, KING
Grateful beyond words for our 20-year journey—IYKYK!🤯
through milestones, messiness, victories, and the quiet in-betweens. We learned how to be father and son, then how to be men together. From first steps to big leaps, from tough talks to louder laughs—we built a bond I wouldn’t trade for anything. Proud of the man you are, and honored to be your dad. Here’s to more growth, more grace, and more memories. Happy 33rd. ❤️
