Honored to share this moment with Senator Nathalia Fernández and Julio Rodríguez, CEO of JAR Hospitality, during the 5th Annual Official New York Delegation to the Dominican Republic. 🇩🇴🇺🇸

Honored to have been invited by New York State Senator Nathalia Fernandez to join Senator Luis Sepúlveda and members of the New York State Assembly as part of the New York delegation to the Dominican Republic.

One of the highlights was having the opportunity to honor a great son of Samaná, Magistrate Dr. Milton Ray Guevara, whose distinguished career and service to the Dominican Republic continue to make our province proud.

For me, this delegation was about more than meetings—it was about strengthening the bridge between New York and the Dominican Republic, building meaningful relationships, and continuing to represent Samaná wherever the opportunity presents itself.

Grateful for the invitation, the experience, and everyone who made this delegation possible.

Nueva York 🇺🇸 × República Dominicana 🇩🇴 × Samaná 🌴

The Heights isn’t a destination—it’s a mindset. Had to tap back into the old block, where authenticity can’t be bought, the OGs sharpen your hustle without saying a word, and the creatives stay ten steps ahead, setting the pace while everybody else plays catch-up. Different zip code, same hunger. That’s why I’ll always have a soft spot for the city that taught me how to move.

I met my real dad at 13.

He was 28 just a kid himself.

But he showed up.
He gave me the courage to leave home at 16
and pushed me to chase something bigger.

I followed him to Penn State
He backed me when I built KIN Aesthetic.

He never tried to be perfect, he chose to be present. And that changed my life.

Now, I work with men the way he showed up for me… with strength, belief, and leadership.

If you’re a man doing the work or ready to start

You’re not alone. I got you.
My DMs are always open 🫡💯

🏆PROUD COACH ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT – Devon Rodriguez - @kindevon and Julio Rodriguez - @jrod5278🏆

➡️These two come as a (father / son) pair!

➡️In the absolutely BRUTAL heat of the Miami marathon, Devon ran his 4th marathon (alongside his partner-in-crime @strongher_withlayla), but his first with any structured training. Julio ran his second half-marathon.

➡️From the outset, we talked about the importance of PROCESS (habits and approach) over OUTCOME (e.g. an arbitrary time goal). We focused on some important principles:

✅Build a solid aerobic base and increase endurance with consistent, CONVERSATION-PACED running.
✅Commit to progression runs in training – start conservatively, pick up pace in the middle and finish with their strongest miles.
✅Eliminate gray zone runs (running so fast that recovery is impacted, but not fast enough to get the benefits of a speed workout).
✅Dial in on the importance of a sound nutrition and hydration strategy.

➡️Devon and Julio (and Micayla) embraced these new principles and inspired me with their unwavering commitment to their training. They approached things with a positivity and a camaraderie that transcend running. The smiles in the pic say it all. It was my pleasure to be part of their journey.

➡️And we’ve only just gotten started…

➡️Still some coaching spots available! Let's talk.
