Join us this Saturday for a day of workshops focused on sauna, cold plunging, and learning how to work with your nervous system- not against it.

@hadomovement will be guiding two sessions:
10:00–11:30am
Wim Hof Method Fundamentals
Breathwork, guided cold exposure, sauna rotations, and a practical intro to building stress resilience and calm in everyday life

2:00–3:30pm
Intro to Cold Plunging
Gentle breathwork + meditation, sauna rotations, and a guided cold plunge with a deeper look at technique, benefits, and how to do it safely

6-7:30 P.M.
Baltic Group Pirts Ritual
@as.the.crow.flies.sauna.ritual will be leading an authentic a sauna ritual blending heat, steam, and plants for deep cleansing, renewal, and connection.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep it personal and community-focused.

I know a lot of you think I do this because of the health benefits but TBH I am just tired of seeing ppl becoming Tik tok famous for eating ice that aren’t me. Can you lmk if I am hitting these trends correctly?
.
All jokes aside for those that are interested I am writing a blog on why I do this & think it’s the most powerful tool for mental & physical health.

And yes, I did try to do a sexy bay watch slow mow hair flip but ended up looking in pain with complete loss of balance.

Ironic that this shirt met it’s final day on Father’s Day? Probably not.
.
Blessed to be a living & breathing representation of the things my father stood most for. A consummate host, loving individual who’s purpose in life was to make others smile. I miss him every day, and will always remember the good & the bad. The good lay in my soul, the bad mold a commitment to show the world there’s better ways to live, so future kids don’t have to post Tik Tok videos of how much they miss their father on Father’s Day.
