Oslo 🩵

The first half of my trip to Norway was for @saunacongress2026 - I still can’t believe an event like this exists and it completely catalyzed my obsession with sauna (+ I’ll probably try to get you hooked too).

Core memories:
- 5 hours of sauna, steam, cold, rituals, and music at @thewellspahotel completely magical and never have I ever cared so little about what my body looks like to others.

- the second night of ISC when we were assigned random groups for floating sauna night. Our group very much vibed, got dinner together, and are still connected.

- morning sessions at @oslobadstuforening I jumped into a sauna ritual both mornings with @vinternatt.no that brought me to tears

- the opening ceremony was held in the same room that the Noble Peace Prize is awarded each year

- swimming in the cold sea every day

- seeing all my Colorado gals in Oslo hahaha i love when the world feels tiny for a second

Hi, I’m Aufguss! I’m named after a traditional Nordic sauna ritual, but you can call me Guss 🪿 too. I live at @plume.sauna.club and I’m a little shy but getting used to meeting new people.

Follow along for the life of a sauna dog (no I don’t really sauna but I do cold plunge in the river).

Posting more wedding shots and running through our last summer for my digital diary.

Truly the best summer of my life.. Some of the main highlights; London pubs, boat day on lake Como and sunset at piazza de Michelangelo with all my besties since grade school, marrying Colin aka best decision ever, boat day on Amalfi coast, Diplo in a castle, followed by Yacht week in Croatia and the finale floor seats to T Swift in Amsterdam
It was ultimate buddy moon. Please Follow me for more money saving tips. 😂

Thank you to every single person who made this summer so special. I’ll never stop being grateful for these memories.
