Motherhood is such a quiet kind of strength.
The kind that keeps going even when nobody notices how tired you are. The kind that learns, adapts, sacrifices, and loves without conditions.

This season of life has changed me in every possible way — physically, emotionally, mentally. Some days I hardly recognize myself, and other days I’m so proud of the woman I’m becoming.

There’s something powerful about creating life while also rediscovering your own.

2026 CrossFit Games Service Cup WOD 1 🫡

Did the Masters 55+ edition… and still had to scale it down to 6 lbs. 😂😭 Pretty sure the actual Masters athletes would’ve smoked me. 💀

But with only a few hours of sleep, I’ll take the win. I showed up, moved, and barely survived. 😂

Today marks our 20 years together, that’s 2 decades!! 🤯

When we met, we were just teens trying to figure things out. Since then, we’ve gone through schools, jobs, marriage, CrossFit WODs, countless inside jokes, and now we’re raising our little girl, Lara. 🥹

I always tell Carlos that if I ever lose my memory, for whatever reason, I probably still wouldn’t forget him.

Not because I’m being romantic, but because he’s been there for more than half my life. He’s in too many of my memories.

Parang yesterday lang, but also a whole lifetime ago.

Somewhere between our first dates and becoming Lara’s parents, twenty years flew by.

10 months postpartum.
