Happy Mother’s Day to all our strong and amazing Moms! The world is a much better place because of you all!

We celebrated this occasion with our traditional Team WOD, and made it fun and inclusive so that all our moms and extended families could experience the community support and inspiration through physical exercise!

✨ Meet Jasmin, our very own Wonder WoMOM! ✨

She’s proof that persistence isn’t about being perfect — it’s about showing up, giving what you can, and celebrating the little wins.

From chasing squat snatch PRs to chasing nap schedules, Jasmin is balancing life as an athlete and a mom — and showing us all what resilience really looks like. 💪👶

She reminds us that CrossFit isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about energy for mom-life, the patience to rebuild, and the community that makes it all possible. ❤️

🎥 Bonus: Check out videos of her snatches before pregnancy, during, and after!

A few years ago, we had a regular crew that made the 6:30 PM class their home. Coach Steve affectionately dubbed them the “6:30 Troublemakers” — and the name stuck!

Fast forward to today, and we’re thrilled to celebrate some incredible milestones from five of our original troublemakers:

👶 Jas and Carlos recently became proud new parents!
💍 Lorraine tied the knot with her now-husband, David!
💑 Shez and Derrick got engaged!

Congratulations to all of you! We’re beyond blessed to have you as part of our Overdrive community. Here’s to celebrating life’s big moments — in and out of the gym! 💙🎉

You see what you want to see 🧠

I got lucky while taking astrophotography. My uncle and I just finished taking shots of the Milky Way. We turn around and we see…

NOTHING.

It’s almost pitch black. It’s cold. Our headlamps are off. We can’t have light pollution on these shots.

We are standing on top of a crest. We could fall to our deaths if we take a wrong step or we could be hurt by some wild animal.

I’m tense but I know what I have to do.

I take a shot. It’s gonna take 30 seconds. I look around for danger. I don’t see anything.

“Tito, check this out.”

“Anlaking tabo niyan boy!”

Yeah, he didn’t say that. But true story though.
