Some things have changed. I know I’m not the same anymore. 🎶

@goddess_jasmyn had a baby. 👶🏽 I went bald. 😂🧑🏽‍🦲 I moved to Chicago. 🌃🌬️

We’ve both grown in our own ways, and even though we’re farther apart, somehow we’ve only grown closer. ❤️

As Jazz and I step into our 30s, I wanted to take a look back at a few moments from this past year. A year of growth, new experiences, big changes, new memories, and a whole lot to be grateful for. 🙏🏽

Chapter 30. Let’s see what you got. 🎂🎉🥂

5mile night cap 🌘great night for it!

Been on a bone broth fast the past three days and my @goatfuel gave me the energy I needed to pop out and get it done ☑️
Feeling the clarity and was light on my feet. Haven’t been hungry despite the liquid diet. The protein, collagen, and electrolytes have been keeping me satiated 👊🏾. Thanks @kettleandfire
Hit the theragun to get loose pre run then wrapped with a 🧊 plunge to recover😅still gonna fill this in the morning I bet

I hope that one day, I can find love like you💙🤍

There were a lot of moments in 2024 and one of the greatest was my twin sister’s wedding day. I love you.. I love you so, and I am so happy for you. I look forward to seeing the beautiful life you build with Mark - just go easy on him, ok?

Ps. My wedding speech was the second best thing this day
