R&R mode: activated.

After nearly 18 hours on the road moving cross-country and starting fresh in a new apartment (currently zero furniture 😅), this was just what I needed.

Got a workout in, then sank into the whirlpool at @acmehotelchicago — après-ski vibes. This spot was def a highlight of my stay.

Remember to take a little time for yourself and get some self-care in… you deserve it.

Been on a bone broth fast the past three days and my @goatfuel gave me the energy I needed to pop out and get it done ☑️
Feeling the clarity and was light on my feet. Haven’t been hungry despite the liquid diet. The protein, collagen, and electrolytes have been keeping me satiated 👊🏾. Thanks @kettleandfire

Preworkout - prelift by @ruleoneproteins had me geeked up and ready to go😤

- standing cable lat pull downs (pre exhaustion)
- Lat pull downs w/ a pause at the bottom
- seated cable row w/ pause
- alternating bent over DB row
- single arm cable lat pull downs
- single arm cable rear felt flys
- standing cable double arm bicep curl
