POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After working at so many competitions over the last few years, it was time for me to take a step forward and look for new challenges. So this year, I decided to focus on becoming a referee and I finally did it!

25/04 – ADCC Referee
11/05 – UKBJJA Referee

A few more courses are on my radar, so we keep working and striving to gain more knowledge.

Big thanks to everyone who pushed and supported me in this new chapter.

AJP EUROPEAN TOUR 2026

3 WEEKS.
3 COUNTRIES.
3 COMPETITIONS.
5 MEDALS.

🇪🇸 Madrid — AJP Europe Continental
🇮🇹 Milan — AJP Italy National
🇦🇹 Vienna — AJP Austria National

Three weeks travelling across Europe, competing, training and doing what I love.

Five silver medals to bring home, but the real value of this trip goes far beyond the podium.

Different opponents, different challenges and plenty of lessons learned along the way. Some things worked, others need improving. That’s what competition is all about.

Still testing myself, still learning and still hungry for more.

A massive thank you to my coach @marcocanhajiujitsu and all my teammates in @fznlondon and everyone who continues to support me on this journey. And a special thanks to @jizelnutrition for being part of this adventure! Week by week she put me on weight and never miss weight since start with her also thanks to be always there when I need it too 🙏🏽❤️

This competition chapter is officially over. ✅😮‍💨

Now it’s time to rest for a bit, reset, refocus and get ready for the next one!! 💪🏾

New season. New goals. New purpose. Same passion.

The plan hasn’t changed. We’re sticking to it. Just fix few things and improve others, then I’m ready to go again!

The journey continues 2027 will be🔥

It wasn’t the result I came here for. I won my first match but fell short in the second, one win away from the semifinals and a guaranteed podium.

But if I’m honest, my biggest victory happened long before today. A year ago, simply being here felt far away. Today I arrived healthy, made weight, competed at the Asian Championship, and stepped onto the mats in one of the best physical versions of myself.

There’s still a lot to improve, and that’s exactly what motivates me. The journey continues, and 100% sure I will back to Japan.

Now it’s time to fully enjoy Japan. 🇯🇵🍱⛩️🤍

Then next challenge are already waiting for my:

The hardest battle was against myself.

The real goal wasn’t just making weight…
It was stepping onto the mats as a true Middleweight.

This morning I saw something I hadn’t seen since my late 20s…

79.75 kg. 😮‍💨

Seven weeks ago, this journey began.
A huge thank you to @jizelnutrition for guiding me through every step of this weight cut. I trusted the plan, stayed consistent, and today we reached the goal.

Now the hardest part is done is time to perform.

🇬🇧 IBJJF London Open

Not the result I wanted today.

Lost my first match 0-0 (2-1) on advantages.

Honestly, I felt I could win that fight. I thought I was ahead and took my foot off the gas, trying to save energy for the next round.

A costly mistake but lesson learned.

Huge thank you to all the coaches, training partners and everyone at @fznlondon for the support today. ❤️

Special thanks to Coach @marcocanhajiujitsu who gave me exactly the right words just before the fight and helped me step onto the mat in the right mindset.

And thank you to @jizelnutrition for helping me get into the best shape I’ve been in for a long time. The journey to Middleweight continues. 🥋📉💪🏾

Now it’s time to move forward.
🇯🇵 Next stop: IBJJF Asian Championship 2026.

🥇🥇 Double Gold at All Stars Metropolis 2026

Today marked my return after 3 years away from the competition.

4 matches. 4 wins. 1 by submission. 3 by points.

It was a very hard day, but it’s reminded me why I love competing.

The medals, the champion belt, and the cash prize are great of course, but the biggest victory for me was simply stepping back onto the competition mats again after such a long break.

A huge thank you to my coach @marcocanhajiujitsu and all the other coaches and training partners at Fightzone who have always supported and helped me to prepare this come back. A special thanks to @ph.theobjj for his dedication, coaching, and support throughout the whole day.

Now it’s time to review the matches, learn from the mistakes, improve the details, and get back to work.

This is just the beginning, Next stop:

🟪 PURPLE BELT 技術研磨 (Gijutsu Kenma)

After years on the mats, hundreds of rounds, setbacks, competitions, injuries, and growth, today I earned my purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

This isn’t the end of a chapter.
It’s the beginning of a new one.

Keep showing up. Keep improving. Compete with purpose.

Thank you to my coaches, training partners, and everyone who’s supported the journey so far.
