Always a good roll with Juan ,he was chasing the Armbar 😂 had to make sure he didn’t get it…need to look into how to deal with the arm when going for a Choi bar #bjj #grappling #martialarts #e17bjj #jiujitsu

Today didn't go my way unfortunately 🤷🏻

Double bronze: 4 fights, 1 won by submissions, 3 lost by points (of which 2 with a fully locked submission riiiight few seconds before the bell, aaahhhh if I only had 3 more seconds 😭) also NoGi Absolutes cancelled and NoGi division no show from my only opponent

Oh well, winning feels good but losing time to time is healthy, just gonna focus on fixing the mistakes done and improve my strategy 💪

Special thank you to coach @ph.theobjj who was litterally everywhere everytime for everyone 🙏

Next one next Sunday 🤙🤙

Rip & Roll Anza 2: April 2026 🇲🇦

5 unforgettable days in Anza, Morocco with some of the best people I’ve met. Surfing, connecting, laughing, eating, learning and creating memories together.

Rip & Roll has been a dream project for a long time and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who’s been part of it so far, or more excited for what’s to come.

Massive love to Bluewaves & The Jungle Café. I’ve been coming to Morocco since 2017 and I can honestly say what you’ve built is amazing. The vision, leadership, hospitality and energy from the whole team is something special, and it’s inspiring to see people creating such a strong community with so much heart behind it. Special mention to @faty_chequira

Big love to the main men @mouncifafif & @salnob1e, all the coaches, and everyone I had the pleasure of spending time with 🤍

More coming soon from Rip & Roll’s page 👇🏼👀
