I need new haters. The old ones are starting to believe in me. 😂🤔

But seriously… if you don’t have a few haters, you might not be doing something right.

Growth makes people uncomfortable. Doing things differently gets people talking. Taking risks, betting on yourself, and refusing to play small will always come with opinions.

Let them talk.

Some will doubt you.
Some will misunderstand you.
Some will secretly watch everything you do.

And eventually, some of the same people who doubted you will start believing in you.

Just keep working. Keep growing. Keep giving them something to talk about.

And if they’re watching now… stay tuned. 👀

We’re just getting started💎🙏🏼🔥😎 by @juanjaimeceo

You don’t have a goal problem.
You have an IDENTITY problem.

We all have an internal thermostat—a level of success, discipline, wealth, health, and opportunity that feels “normal.”

No matter how much you say you want MORE, you’ll always fall back to the level you believe you deserve.

That’s why your ENVIRONMENT matters.

Get around people who make your BIG goals feel normal.
People who challenge your discipline.
Stretch your thinking.
Raise your standards.
And show you that MORE is possible.

Your environment changes your NORMAL.
Your normal changes your IDENTITY.
And your identity changes your LIFE.

Raise your standards.
Raise your environment.
Raise your identity.

Your NEXT LEVEL doesn’t just require you to DO something different…

It requires you to BECOME someone different. 💎 by @juanjaimeceo

The best part isn’t everything we’ve built it’s who we’ve become while building it.

🚩🚩If your business only moves when YOU are doing everything, you don’t have a business ….you have stagnant organization waiting for instructions.

One of the biggest mistakes leaders make is becoming the answer to every question.

“Can we meet?”
“What should I do?”
“How would you handle this?”

Instead of responding with answers, start coaching.

Ask:
• What have you done so far?
• What do you think is the best solution?
• What options have you considered?
• What would you do differently next time?

Coaching develops thinkers.
Managing creates dependency.

The goal isn’t to have people who need you every step of the way.

The goal is to build leaders who can think, decide, and take ownership without you.

Empower people to find answers, not just follow directions.

That’s how teams grow.
That’s how businesses scale.
