A wonderful “dying with plants” class @flowerofcarolina today in Saxapahaw. Taught by the talented Ginger Paschall @plants.r.magic
As an herbalist I always wanted to experience this! The photo is of my silk scarf with ferns and dried coreopsis flowers before it goes into its steam bath. Inspired me to dry my garden flowers like marigolds and cosmos to use in future projects.

Despite the drought we are having in the Piedmont, the hardy tulsi plants endure!
The leaves and flowers make a wonderful relaxing tea that helps balance blood-sugar and relaxes the busy mind. The bees love the flowers too. 🐝
