We’ve just published the first episode with a guest who connected the two of us. We met at one of his classes a few years ago. He is a photographer, writer, teacher, the founder of an independent school of photography in Berlin, Werkstatt, and recently a publisher too.

Most importantly, he is also a friend now. And we couldn’t be happier to sit down and talk to him.

On German Unity Day (Tag der Deutschen Einheit), celebrated every year on 3 October, Germany commemorates the reunification of East and West Germany in 1990. Monique during our first trip to Copenhagen together in 2024. I met her in 2020 on the Greek island of Santorini, during a photography workshop with JH Engström held in a traditional 19th-century captain’s house.
