Save this recipe for your next Sunday mealprep! These protein banana muffins are the perfect snack to enjoy on the go. 🍌

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
* 1 scoop Go Good Banana Whey Protein Powder
* ¾ cup almond flour
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
* 1 medium ripe banana (mashed)
* 1 large egg
* 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
* 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
* 2 tbsp of chopped macadamias
* 2 tbsp of chocolate chips  
Method
1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees
2. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the remaining wet ingredients
4. Fold wet and dry together until combined, then fold in the macadamias and choc chips.
5. Divide into muffin cups, then top with more choc chips
6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Let cool and enjoy!
