Thursday marked the end of my nutrition degree at @endeavourcollege. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, I’m so bloody proud of myself for hanging in there and pushing through a few of life’s curveballs along the way. I got in my own head about starting this a little (!) later in life, and my health certainly added to the challenge, but this week I did it, I finished. I want to thank my nearest and dearest who understood my why, and had my back for the last 5 years. Gordon and my two girls were a huge part of this - sorry Gordon about the Sunday meltdowns (and let’s be honest there were a few other days of the week as well 😬), thanks for being my IT helpdesk, and for all the teas, red wine and snacks you brought to my desk. You have supported me in every way possible and I’m eternally grateful. My girls pride and love has kept me going. Ally read every paper I wrote and helped me to slash word-count EVERY time 🙄. Georgia, thanks for the social media & Canva support/graphics/logo, @synergynwb is very lucky to have you as their unpaid intern 😂. This couldn’t have happened without all of you, and as I’ve reflected on this time over the past few days I honestly feel like the luckiest human to have you. 🤍 My beautiful other half, my twin Rosemary has been my fiery ally, supporting and pushing me to the end. I love you for it, and thanks for making the lockdown celebrations so perfect!! Thanks to the whole family for all the love! Xx Thanks to the friends who happily accepted my sacrifices, of which my social life was a major one, but who understood and backed my passion. Thanks for coming into clinic and supporting me there - it meant the world. One of the best parts of this degree was the amazing humans, both students and academics, I met along the way, thank you for your love, support and encouragement - you kept this old gal going!!! 😘😘😘😂 I can’t wait to see what lay ahead, and to support people in their desire to live the life of their dreams. But first … rest. My body and soul need a little bit of TLC, so I can practice what I preach and really show up for you all in the best way I possibly can. Watch this space 🤍🌱.

Not gonna lie, I have been having a rough couple of weeks, feeling stuck, repeating old patterns, telling myself the same old stories over and over again. I felt so stuck to the point that I even tried to burn my journal, hoping to release old pattern.(by the way, not a good idea) Stressed from exams and assignment did not help either. . . But finally I am starting to feel better, 1 assignments and 3 exams later. Might have undergone some spontaneous hair change in the process🙈 . . I am so glad this week is over. The only thing left is to attent the @jwnaturopaths brunch and learn event tomorrow, which I am very much looking forward too. One of the perks of working with @jwnaturopaths 😎 . . . . . . #unilife#stuck#emotional#dramaqueen#dramatic#brunch#flatlay#breakfastinsydney#release#energyhealing#journaling#naturopathicstudent#foodpic#picoftheday#nothappy#feelings#feels#stressedout#mentalhealth#itgetsbetter
