The Jules Sculpt Method is about to launch!

And it’s built for women who are ready to train smarter.

I’m a certified PT and the creator of The Sculpt Method, a strength based coaching App designed to help you build lean muscle, lose fat, and feel confident in the gym.

My own experience with fitness is a huge part of why I created this.

For years, I thought getting results meant more HIIT, eating less and constantly pushing harder. Instead, I felt burnt out, under fuelled and uncomfortable in my body.

Learning how to strength train properly changed everything.

So I created a method that teaches women how to train with purpose, fuel their bodies and build strength while sculpting areas like the glutes, back and core to create a strong, feminine form.

Inside the app:
• Personalised training programs
• Technique guidance
• Whole food nutrition plans + macro tracking
• Weekly check-ins and support

A clear plan that fits your life and delivers results.

It’s all well and good to post a bunch of hero shots when you’re feeling your best.
But the truth is, the real making of you is in the moments of discomfort.

My transformation didn’t happen overnight. It came with trial and error, mistakes, and lessons that now let me guide other women through the process because I’ve lived it.

Spoiler: the answer wasn’t to train more and eat less. It was to train smarter, sometimes less, and fuel my body with food that actually supported my energy and health.

My app is now live and if you’d like to set up your consult call to discuss your goals and see if it feels like a fit for you then apply via the link in my bio.

posture fix, pt. 1

If your neck is always tight and your shoulders roll forward, you need to strengthen your mid + lower traps

How to:
Palms down, 10 reps
Palms up, 10 reps
T raise, thumbs up, 10 reps
Y raise, pause at the top, 10 reps.

Start with light weights or bodyweight. Fully release between each rep, then focus on a big controlled squeeze through your shoulder blades, no shrugging please.

Save this to add to your training twice per week for a simple way to start building strength and control from home or the gym. taken in Beachousebondi by @julesdejorgept

Happy 1st Birthday Sculpt!

What started as my vision for helping women feel stronger and more confident through weightlifting has grown into The Jules Sculpt Method, a community of strong women, an incredible coaching team, and something I’m so proud to keep building.

Behind it all are the women who have trusted us. Your first sessions, your heavier lifts, your growing confidence and the moments you realise you’re capable of more than you thought. Those are the things that make this mean so much to me.

We’re stepping into our next chapter and an even clearer vision. Bringing together thoughtful programming, education, and personal coaching that helps you understand your body and build strength for life.

To our clients, my team and everyone who has supported Sculpt, thank you. You’ve helped turn something I care so deeply about into something we get to share.

Happy first birthday, Sculpt. So much has gone into this year, and there’s so much still to come! by @julesdejorgept

Train to be strong, and the shape will follow.

Pull ups or lat pulldown: Build your lats, which is where that V taper comes from.

Wide grip row: Mid traps, rhomboids and rear delts for mid back detail and better shoulder blade control, which your posture will thank you for.

Single arm row: Training one side at a time helps correct any imbalances, your stronger side can’t take over.

Reverse fly: Will make your mid back and rear delts pop, and strengthening this area can help ease neck tension.

Back extensions: Strengthen your spinal erectors, which run the length of your spine, for that deep back line.

Save this for your next back day. by @julesdejorgept

We’ve spent forever being told to get into the “best shape of our lives” for our wedding.

We think that should mean strong.

Build muscle. Train hard. Eat well. Feel incredible.

In today’s episode
I sits down with Jules DeJorge, PT and Founder of The Sculpt Method. Jules has built an impressive career for herself in the online fitness space.

Me and Jules discuss combatting afternoon energy crashes and the trend of carrying an “emotional support water bottle”. They unpack the fundamental pillars of health: hydration, sleep, and adequate nutrition. Jules also reveals how online coaching offers broader accountability than traditional personal training and why her ultimate goal is to empower women to feel fully confident in the gym.

Have you noticed yet?

If you’ve seen a few of my workouts now, you’ll probably notice I repeat the same exercises again and again.

Exactly the point.

We don’t need to constantly look for new exercises or change our workouts to keep things exciting. If you want to get stronger, you need to spend time getting good at your lifts.

That means repeating them. Practising them. Progressively getting stronger at them over 12 week blocks.

And some exercises will just become your bread and butter. The ones you’ll be doing for years and years.

The exercises don’t need to keep changing.

It’s you that changes with better technique and becoming a stronger version of you both mentally and physically over time! by @julesdejorgept
