With the right Instructor and support, you can do things that challenge you and even scare you.

you can try exercises you haven’t before, and execute them with grace and confidence — all it takes is the right guidance from someone you trust.

Move your body while helping others!

Our community classes just got a whole lot more impactful. The next couple weeks we are collecting all donations and proceeds to help those in need. Pay anywhere from $5-$50 for our community classes and be a part of the support system for LA fire relief.

We have had members of our own community lose their homes and we want to do our part to help. Not only are we taking donated items but our community classes will help raise funds to share with verified GoFundMe accounts and local organizations during this time.

We have even added more opportunities to move on Sundays at 12pm and 1pm as well! taken in The Body Process by @juleseverson

Have you taken a class with Jules yet?

You can every Saturday at 11 am and 12 pm and now starting tomorrow, you can every Wednesday at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.

We added an evening START class for those that want to get into more foundational movement and you can continue your practice with a fellow member of the community.

The final result never gets old. @chloebailey nailed this @ the GLAAD Awards. Watch & listen to her perform her new song “FYS”

Thank you @derekdixielive for letting me be a part of the magic. Amazing soul. Anyone who has him as their MD/Producer let alone in their life is fortunate.

@_mixedbyles_ on the faders
@eliseyuka on the keys & ear candy
@iamrodcastro on the guitar
Drums & bass recorded by me 🙋🏻‍♀️
