Three years sober!!!

I cried looking at these pictures and cried while writing this caption. The past few years have been healing, and they have been absolute fucking hell.

Three years ago today, I chose sobriety, and it was—and will always be—one of the best decisions of my life.

Grateful for the decision that turned into a way of living. Three years down, forever to go.

Ended the summer (and race season) in a fun way: A NEW SPORT 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ !!!

I had no expectations, no goals, and no idea what I was doing—and I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT 😌😌😌😌

I knew I wanted my last race of the season to be stress-free and just an overall good time, and @ironmantri 70.3 Santa Cruz delivered 💌🙌🏼
