finished my season with p.14 in coimbra. 🧚🏽‍♀️

3 back to back races but really enjoyed it!
swim was a little rough and didn’t go as planned, stayed in the second group on the bike and liked working together with @felipa.herrmann and @soph_ie0303 👯‍♀️. completed the race with a good run and won the final sprint to secure another top15.

good race until it wasn’t - only p.11 in monastir and nevertheless I am satisfied with parts of the race. got out of the water 3rd, needed to hold a 10" penalty but still managed to stay in the front group on the bike.

but then stomach issues I already struggled with the days before hit me on the run and made the race very difficult. on the second lap the combination of cramps and the heat pulled the plug.

now looking forward to the last dance this sunday in coimbra🇵🇹.

p.6 at the EC in Derry 🍀

finally the top 10 and a race I am really proud of. got 4th out of water, had a fast transition, stayed in front on the bike and finished with a good run.
shout out to the girls in front for making the race hard and congrats to @carlotta_buelck for her debut on this stage.

the show goes on and the next race is already this week in tunesia.

enjoyed the race and the whole event around it a lot! individual race was nearly perfect and I am happy with the 10th place.
really grateful that I was selected for the relay and proud of the team effort we put in there! couldn’t wish for a better debut in an international relay🥇🤭

shout out to @fisu_triathlon for the organisation and the BEST supporters @_juliaseibt_ @sveathamsen and @nils_ekcenra for making all of this unforgettable! taken in Nyon,Switzerland by @julia___bds
