Moms - this one’s for you 🤍 (Future moms, partners, and anyone who loves a mom, you’re invited too!)

📅 Nov 8th • **now at 2:30 PM
📍 Sports Basement in Long Beach (on Bellflower)

I’m hosting a screening of No Country for Mothers, the groundbreaking new documentary about why motherhood feels so unsupported in the US and what we can do differently. Let’s watch together, then talk about it after.

I’ll be joined by some of our favorite local mom groups to share their expertise and resources. Kiddos are welcome, no sitter needed!

This event is FREE, but please click the link in bio to register, and don’t forget to bring a friend who gets it. by @juliagutierrez17

Our sweet little chickadee’s first Halloween 🎃🐥

Truly felt full circle to take Baby E out on 2nd Street last night. I grew up trick or treating here every year and it was so special to take my baby for the first time. 🥹 by @juliagutierrez17

So much love for our community partners joining us at the screening - swipe to meet them!

They’ll be there sharing discounts + resources for moms so come say hi and grab what you need!

⏰ Time update: we’re now starting at 2:30pm (shifted from 2:00pm) — same place!

See you there! by @juliagutierrez17

Quick and easy video, just like LGB ✈️

25 minutes: walked in → security → gate → breakfast → pre-board. That’s it.

More details for any nervous moms:

Security: 10 mins including extra screening for open bottles in a cooler bag + 5 sealed quart-sized formula bottles

Breakfast: 5 mins to grab a coffee and bagel next to the gate

Pre-boarded with other families 10 mins later, gate-checked stroller and car seat at plane

My stress levels? I was still losing my mind but Long Beach Airport made it so doable with a formula baby. For any formula moms stressing about baby’s first flight, LGB is the way to do it!

Having a baby is so much work, why would anyone do this? Then they arrive…and you get it. 🤍 by @juliagutierrez17

This weekend we knocked off baby’s first flight, baby’s first new state, and baby’s third wedding in 5 months! She was a rockstar as usual, but mama is coming home more tired than the day we got home from the hospital! 😅 by @juliagutierrez17

My 4 Long Beach go-tos as a new mom:
