Two toned dumplings pt 1 :)

Super fun to make and loved making the natural coloring from scratch. I’ve used powdered morninga in the past but it’s not that much faster and you can’t beat the bright green liquid!

Find us at @safeway in Hawaii! We had fun talking with customers about the new hemp paper bags, answering questions and sharing more about what the bags are made from and why hemp paper matters.

A lot of people were surprised to see hemp being used in something as simple and everyday as a grocery bag.

That’s exactly the point.

The more hemp moves into products people actually use every day, the more we can reduce our reliance on traditional tree-based materials and show what this crop can really do.

Huge credit to @safeway for putting the bags into use, and thank you to @hawaiistatefcu for sponsoring the program, investing in sustainability and making it happen.

We want to see more retailers and brands follow their lead🫶🏽

For a second thought here I thought she’d leave me hanging!

Short trip to Korea for my mom’s 70th 🎂 I don’t want to think about her age but it helps me remember the time we have left together is shortening and I just love her so much. I have some exciting and personal news!

Last year, I started working with @thehemppapercompany to help build hemp-based packaging as a tree-free alternative.

And this year, we’re starting a farm on Oʻahu to grow + process our own fiber! 🥹

It hasn’t been easy, but I’m genuinely excited by our purpose and the momentum we’re seeing—and I can’t wait to start sharing more.

happy international surfing day 🥹

yes it’s catching the wave but the best parts are the camaraderie and cheers and encouragement from friends and strangers in the water. All the smiles, the waves people encourage you to go on, the party waves, the bumpy waves, the baby waves, and the epic waves nobody saw. The early mornings and beautiful sunsets

I remember when I thought this just wasn’t for me and I cried and wanted to give up. Im so proud of myself for sticking with it and every time I paddle out, I remember what a magical human experience this is that we get to have☺️

Make 4 total slits - start about 1/2 inch from the edge in the top right hand corner. Make a cut diagonally from that spot toward the bottom corner. Do this all four sides.
