If I had to get to $10k/month in the next 30 days, I would not sit here trying to “post more” and hope people buy.

I would focus on building a very simple system that actually brings in people, warms them up, and turns them into clients.

Most people are missing one or more of these, which is why they feel stuck, inconsistent, or like they’re constantly starting over.

You don’t need 10K followers, a fancy camera, a $5,000 website, or a perfectly curated Instagram feed to build a 6 figure coaching business.

I started with FOUR followers and built my business to 6 figures in less than 6 months.

And I did it because I understood something that most online coaches don’t.

You don’t need a massive audience. You need a system that knows how to turn the audience you DO have into paying clients, while bringing in fresh new leads daily.

Being loud isn’t the same thing as being authoritative. 👏

You can challenge someone without shaming them.

You can tell them the truth without making them feel stupid.

And you can sell a LOT of shit without making your buyer feel like shit.😉

Kindness and authority can exist in the same room. In fact, I’d argue that’s where the best sales happen. 💕 by @juliaksales

I actually think the worst thing you can do after investing in a coaching program and not getting results is decide “coaching just doesn’t work for me.”

Because there’s a reason it didn’t work.

Maybe the strategy wasn’t right for your business. Maybe it was outdated. Maybe you were only given one piece of the puzzle.

Or maybe… you didn’t actually do the work. 😂

The important part is figuring out WHICH ONE IT WAS so you don’t repeat it.

Imagine waking up every day with that heavy thought in your head:
 “I don’t know if this business is going to work.”  “I’m trying so hard, but it still feels unstable.”
 “If nothing changes soon, I might have to quit.”

That’s where this client was.

She wasn’t lazy or a bad coach.
 She was doing all the things. Posting every day, replying to DMs, trying to stay consistent even when she was tired and the business was draining her.

But her business only worked when she was “on.” And even then, it was super inconsistent.

First, I want you to know:

This shift didn’t come from working more.

It came from changing how the business was built and restructuring her time and energy.

First, we helped her stop doing everything alone. If you are the only thing that brings in leads + clients, your business will burn out.
 So we built systems so the business didn’t only work when she was “on.”
 This looked like:
-lead generation that runs in the background.
-cleaning up her sales process. With this, her offer became clear.

Now she wakes up to Stripe notifications. Messages from dream clients sitting in her inbox.
 And she has time to actually enjoy her life.

This is what happens when a business is built to support you, not drain you.
