I didn’t realize how close I actually was…

I was just lying on the ground, camera in hand,
completely focused on the wild dogs in front of me.

Trying not to move.
Trying not to make a sound.

Everything felt calm for a second.

Until one of them suddenly walked straight towards me…
and didn’t stop.

Way closer than I expected.
Like really close.

And while I’m still trying to process that moment,
someone behind me suddenly whispers:

“Buffalos…”

I turn my head
and there they are. Right behind us.

No distance. No warning.

I swear my heart just stopped for a second.

In that moment you realize real quick…
you’re not just there to watch anymore.

You’re in it.

Somehow I kept filming.

Not sure if that was a good idea 😅

Would you have stayed or gotten out? 👀

Finally on the Philippines for the first time! I’ve been waiting forever to see these tiny goblins of the jungle with their big eyes. Did you know that, according to legend, they guard hidden treasures at night?

throwback on this incredible trip to Jordan in early 2020, just a few days before the crazy lockdowns began all around the world.

A tranquil moment as a nurse shark glides effortlessly through the depths of the ocean in the Maldives, captured when I tested my underwater housing for the first time.

Namibia took my breath away: the towering dunes of Sossusvlei, the elegant zebras in the savannah, and the haunting beauty of Deadvlei’s ancient trees. A journey I’ll never forget.

A self-drive safari is one of the best experiences you can have in South Africa. You can experience these magical moments on a self-driving safari in the Kruger National Park. Especially when you drive off the main routes, you usually discover the most incredible moments in the middle of the bush. We were completely alone at a waterhole when suddenly this huge herd of elephants appeared to quench their thirst. 🐘

Stark contrasts of the ancient Deadvlei. Bleached white clay, burnt orange dunes, and skeletal trees under a vast Namibian sky.

During my visit to Rio de Janeiro, I was captivated by the city’s stunning landscape, with its vibrant streets nestled between lush mountains and the shimmering Atlantic coastline. 🇧🇷
