a little bit about me~

we are *checks calendar* 11 days into may (12 in some time zones), but while it's still AAPI month, i wanted to re-introduce myself

i'm a second-gen filipino-american, born in the US yet grew up everywhere else. i eventually found my way to manila, finally finding home in my mother country 🇵🇭

i'm also an author of YA contemporary and YA speculative stories!! currently working on a rivals-to-lovers tennis romance 🎾

if you like books that are nostalgic, comforting (kinda), and emotional, come say hi!!

i started a (new) youtube channel! 📺

in the era of life where i want to start documenting my journey and all the progress markers that come with it, and it seemed fitting for that first video to be my first week of work vlog~

so a little life update: i started a new job, and this is coming after a long spell of unemployment and uncertainty.

this first vlog is a little video diary of my first week of work, but i'll be uploading video diary entries from time to time—sharing little updates on starting over and on the author journey as well!!

first video is out now, 🔗 in biö

filling my cup (figuratively and literally) 🍵

in a new era!! i moved back to a city i had left for a little while but even so, it's still been an adjustment. so, it's been helpful to take advantage of the small joys in this new transition 🥺

how have you been filling your cup lately?

i finally got my film frames from roland garros 📸🎾 (we are gonna ignore that it's been well over two months)

one of the highlights of my year was getting to go to RG and watch so many of my favorite players practice—including alex eala, jannik sinner, novak djokovic, and felix auger aliassime!!
