Aktiv sein im Urlaub? Für mich gehört das einfach dazu. 🚲🌿

Also: aufs Rad und los. 🙌🏼

1,000 days of @whoop 🔋

For 1,000 days, I’ve been tracking my sleep, recovery, strain and HRV. Through good days, bad days, hard training blocks, stressful weeks and everything in between.

These are some of my best, worst and most interesting numbers so far.

But the numbers themselves aren’t the most important part.

It’s what I’ve learned from them.

After almost three years of data, I’ve learned a lot about what actually improves my recovery and what destroys it.

Next up: my biggest recovery lessons & the habits that have made the biggest difference.

Follow along. 👀

But I don't want to leave 😅🤣 🇬🇷 🌴 🌊
